All levels are welcome in Frances M’s classes. If you have never done a TRX class before, we recommend that you do a TRX Basic’s class on Saturdays or let us know in advance and we can arrange to set you up earlier before the session

TRX Strength

This class will challenge you through a variety of exercises using your own body weight. 

This class is intense - even if you do it regularly you will constantly be challenged due to the versatility of using the suspension straps. You will feel all your muscles being activated as we go through all planes of movements. 

This class is perfect for building muscular endurance and strength!

TRX Core & Mobility

This class is structured around our post indoor cycling training. It is also ideal for anyone who wants to work on improving mobility, flexibility, and core strength. The class has proven to help our clients recover faster after an intense cycling session as we focus on a variety of post cycling stretches. 

Strength and mobility exercises are incorporated to reverse the hunched posture caused by cycling, office and computer work. Core exercises are also the key components in this session.

I’ve been doing TRX with Frances for about two months and it has been great. You’ll not only exercise physically but also mentally. I saw the difference in my fitness from day one.

TRX Lean

This invigorating class is a combination of Frances’ TRX Strength and TRX Core & Mobility classes. You will feel your muscles working efficiently in both strength and mobility.

TRX Basics

This class is perfect for anyone new to TRX and for those who want to feel more confident in using the suspension straps before attending a group TRX session. 

This introductory class teaches you the basics of using the suspension trainer and provides you with a strong foundation - including properly setting up strap lengths, working on optimal form and technique while avoiding common faults. You will be exercising throughout this session which will cover the key foundational movements- push, pull, rotate, lunge, squat and plank. Be ready to walk out of this workout feeling confident in using the suspension trainer. Highly recommended for newbies!
